Most of us love shopping, even though some of us are very reluctant to admit it. For those of us who don’t like shopping as much, you will have a hard time ignoring the many countless shopping centers and stores on every corner of every block of Waikiki and Honolulu. For those of us who love shopping and can admit to it, welcome to Oahu and welcome to an infinite number of ways you can enjoy a favorite hobby.

There are countless shopping centers, malls and stores located all over the island of Oahu. Here is a list of some of the major shopping locations that are most popular on the island. Most are either located in Waikiki and within walking distance of most Waikiki hotels or are located within a short distance of Waikiki and are usually just a short ride away.

While on Oahu, we strongly recommend that you take a visit to a farmers market or to a swap meet. You will be able to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables as well as for collectibles and souvenirs at non-tourist bargain prices. One of our most recommended swap meet is the the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet. Aloha Stadium Swap Meet is usually held on Wednesdays and Saturdays and is a great place to satisfy your Hawaii shopping needs at discount prices. Most, if not all quoted prices can be successfully bargained down, you simply just have to ask.
